The third bullet point in our Company Value Statement says, "We will serve our customers in a way that will help them achieve their business and personal goals." It reinforces our commitment to their success.
We make this commitment because we understand that we could not prosper if we had to compete on price alone. Instead, we intend to treat every customer like they are our largest customer ... provide the kind of service we would like to receive if we were the customer ... and always focus on a partnership designed to help the customer grow and prosper.
If we live up to this commitment, our customers will value us for so much more than simply what an item costs.
