KP&S Leadership Development Program
At Kenny Pipe & Supply, we recognize that one of our biggest challenges will be finding and training the future leadership of our company. As a result, we have created the Kenny Pipe & Supply Leadership Development Program.
Successful applicants will be hired as company trainees and will participate in an extensive training process designed to build competence in three major areas:
• Customer Service (Through OJT Assignments)
• Product Knowledge Training via Online Training Courses and Classroom Sessions with major Kenny Pipe Vendors
• Operating Systems Training via Classroom Sessions and computers assignments
The goal of our Leadership Development Program is to prepare participants to fill both existing roles and new roles that develop through our rapid company growth in the next 10-15 years.
